Order processing time: 

1 business day for standard orders and up to 3 business days for clearance and items on sale. The cutoff time for processing the same day order is 1pm. Most of the orders will be processed on time, though delays may be expected due to COVID-19. We would appreciate your understanding in such situations, and we will be doing everything to make up for the delays by speeding up the delivery and installation times.

Domestic and international shipping options

Domestic orders being delivered to the metro Melbourne areas are usually done in next business day, while regional areas are within 3 business days. International shipping is currently only available to residents in New Zealand. Please contact our office for further details.

Shipping costs: 

Products packaged on pallets will be delivered with a truck and a forklift. Delivery charge for such deliveries, within the metro Melbourne area, is $60+GST per pallet with a minimum charge of $180+GST. For porcelain panels and natural stone slabs delivery, we will charge $100+GST flat fee when delivered with a truck and an A-frame. The customer will be expected to provide crane access on site for unloading. For manual unloads, please email our office for a quotation. Please make sure that you have all the delivery instructions ready when you contact us, including the site contact details and the drop off location etc.

Local delivery and buy online, pickup in-store: 

For online orders, local pickup is available during our open hours at 64-70 Edison Road Dandenong South, VIC, 3150. A $0 free delivery service is also available for those who reside in the Greater Dandenong area. Please contact our office for details.

Transparency around returns, changes and cancellations:

For online orders, we offer 30 days change-of-mind cancellation without any handling fees. Simply email our office with your purchase order number and we will process a full refund for you on the same business day. Return postage, should there be any, will be charged to the customers.

Potential service interruptions: 

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. In such situations, we will place your order in a priority queue and arrange a dedicated logistic team to follow up on the delivery time on a daily basis. As a good-will gesture, a partial credit may also be offered to the affected customers. Please contact our office for details.
